Who we are

Rowner Community Trust (RCT) is based in the centre of the Borough of Gosport and serves both the local community of the Grange Ward and residents across the Borough.


The Grange Ward was the centre of a Nationally recognised re-development scheme completed in recent years. RCT benefits from an annual community levy chargeable to all owners of newly constructed properties within the redevelopment.
