Who we are

With a wealth of experience in the health and social care sector, our Carers Support Workers can help with information about carers rights and the support services in place locally for carers, signposting carers to the correct organisation. We can also be a source of listening support for carers who feel the need to talk to someone outside their immediate sphere of care. Information and advice can be given over the phone, by email or in person at the centre and is completely confidential. This service is free and carers don’t need to be registered with us to get in touch.
