About us
Who we are
Rentstart is a homelessness charity based in Walton on Thames and has been running for 20 years. Our aim is to connect with, house and then support people who are homeless or vulnerably housed. The majority of our clients are supported into the private rented sector.
Each year we provide advice to around 400 people and go on to house and support circa 150 people (support is given for as long as each client requires it). Most of our clients struggle to access private rented accommodation without our help.
