Who we are

Relate Mid Thames and Buckinghamshire (based in Maidenhead)is an independent local charity operating across Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire and part of the Relate Federation. , Relate is a counselling service specialising in relationship counselling. Relate’s purpose is to help people to make those personal changes which enable them to engage in positive relationships for the benefit of themselves, their family and society. Our core services are couple counselling, family counselling, children and young people’s counselling and sex therapy. Relate Training Services operate alongside the counselling services offering relationship and interpersonal skills training for individuals, organisations and schools. We promote health, respect and justice in couple and family relationships through our counselling services.
