Who we are

Regan & Dean Recruitment is an established Recruitment Consultancy with over 30 years experience within the events and communications field. We specialise in roles within the Events sector, and work with a brilliantly wide range of clients including a large proportion within the not-for-profit and charity sector, and are a 'go to agency' for a large number of Membership/Professional bodies, Societies, Institutes and Associations.
We work across all levels of role from junior and Event Assistant level, through Event Co-ordinator, Event Manager, Senior Event Manager, to Head of Events.
Besides event delivery and event programme and project management, our event related roles can also involve large elements of marketing, partnership/relationship management, and content and research aspects.
We love working closely with our clients to really understand the full context and detail of each role, which we then take care to fully brief in to interested candidates, and support them fully in the application and interview process.
