Who we are

Reall, or Real Equity for All, is an international development organisation that invests in inspiring in-country partner organisations that are committed to providing housing, water and sanitation to urban poor communities throughout the developing world. We build long-term partnerships and invest bespoke organisational, technical and financial support to our network of 26 partner organisations across 20 countries in Africa and Asia. We are a growing, ambitious organisation and aspire to be working with 100 partners by 2020. In 2014 we were awarded the UN Habitat Scroll of Honour and were short-listed as a finalist for the World Habitat Awards in recognition of our dedication to providing innovative and sustainable solutions to key housing challenges in the global south. Reall’s vision is a world in which all people can realise their right to land, housing and basic services. Our mission is to establish self-sustaining community-based organisations that are capable of providing land, housing and basic services for the urban poor in slums across the developing world.
