The Ranger Cadets is a brand new start up independent uniformed youth work organisation that aims to equip and skill up young people, unlocking their full potential by providing skills for life, opportunities, experiences, team work, service, community engagement and much more.
We are a non-political and non-religious inclusive uniformed youth organisation that is open and welcoming to everyone regardless of their social background.
We have a wide range of VOLUNTEER opportunities available to suit your skills, experience and interests both remote volunteering and based at our London HQ or locally at a community hall or space we use.

Discipline: Upholding the Code of Conduct, ensuring punctuality, wearing uniform correctly, and maintaining professional standards.
Leadership: Inspiring Cadets through mentorship, delegation, clear communication, and taking ownership of training outcomes.
Service: Actively supporting community events and instilling a sense of volunteerism in Cadets, putting the needs of the unit/Cadets first.
Resilience: Maintaining calm under pressure, adapting training plans when necessary, and modelling a positive attitude towards challenges.
Unity: Working collaboratively with all staff (uniformed and support), engaging parents, and promoting an inclusive environment.
