About us

Who we are

We provide care, comfort and entertainment to children and young persons on the wards of the Royal Manchester Childen's Hospital (RMCH) through our Volunteers, supported by our radio station.

We do this, in Teams, with, play, fun, chat and empathy.

We ask for one 2 hour session/week (weekday evenings or Saturday PM).

it is 'Serious Fun'

All volunteers go through the Trust induction process and we hold Open Eveniungs to explain the role and requirements in more detail.
