Who we are

QuarterFive Recruitment is a specialist agency for charities and experienced fundraisers.

Our clients are primarily CEOs and Senior Fundraisers who retain us to headhunt the best people into their teams. When time or circumstance don’t allow for this, we can reach out quickly, at a reduced rate, to excellent candidates who are already known to us, which can be a highly effective way of strengthening a shortlist generated by direct advertising or existing agency support.

We primarily recruit senior candidates into Manager, Head and Director-level roles. We take a long-term, relationship-based approach to our work, and are always happy to meet experienced people to discuss might pique their interest in the future.

Using agencies can be frustrating if you have to sift through CVs to find people who meet a brief, or are put forward for a position without any useful insight or practical interview support.
