About us
Who we are
We are a small, community based registred landlord operating in East Hampshire and adjacent areas. We own 340 homes, primarily low cost rented homes, with a small number of leasehold, older persons, supported and market rent accommodation. We are deeply rooted in our community and aim to contribute to making this a great place for everyone to live, learn, work and grow. Our main contribution to this will always be providing good quality, safe, warm and affordable housing backed by friendly, helpful and effective services. However, as an asset owner, we recognise that we can do more to support other charitable and non-profit organisations in our area, where they share our values and goals. By being proactive about collaboration and partnerships, we hope to build a resilient network of organisations that, in turn, build resilience in our community.
Our culture and values
Our EPIC values guide and drive our work:
Explorers - we are curious and creative, seeking our potential and finding better ways to make progress in all our work
People & Planet - we are inclusive, human and kind. We care about the impact of our actions on others and we make the most of all of our resources
Integrity - we are trusting & trusted, striving to do the right thing, to deliver on our promises and to learn from our mistakes
Community - we work with others to build connection, a sense of belonging, well being and prosperity for everyone
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We are committed to driving equality, diversity and inclusion in all of our work. Obviously, we follow all of the legal guidance and requirements but we also aim to challenge prejudice and discrimination where we encounter it, to support residents or partners who let us know that they experience it and to keep learning. We always want to improve and welcome any feedback about areas where we have fallen short or can do more.
