Who we are

About Oxygen:

Oxygen is a youth work charity based in Kingston upon Thames which was started in 2001 by young people from local churches. Oxygen provides vital support to disadvantaged and vulnerable young people across our area and surrounding boroughs. We run a range of projects including a youth centre, after school clubs, mentoring, online youth work and knife crime intervention. Alongside providing open access youth work, we provide targeted support to young people who are disengaged from education, who face mental health crisis, who have special educational needs or who are at risk of involvement in violence and crime.

About Kingston Street Pastors:

Oxygen also oversees Kingston Street Pastors which is a local initiative of the internationally successful Street Pastors brand, deploying volunteers in our town centre in the night time to care, listen and help. We are one of the largest and most established Street Pastors initiatives in the UK with over 40 active volunteers, two paid staff and strong partnerships within our town centre.
