About us
Who we are
ONSIDE offer a range of services to meet the needs of local people. Many of them in collaboration with health, social care and voluntary sector partners. We support people to tackle the issues that are impacting adversely on their health and wellbeing, providing independent and individually focussed support, to enable them to live better lives.
Volunteers have always been at the heart of ONSIDE and its work. Our volunteers enrich our work and the support we can offer with their skills, knowledge, experience and passion. They enable us to help more people and make a real difference to their lives. They also keep us connected to, and firmly rooted in, the communities we serve. The involvement and commitment of volunteers is vital to the support we are able to offer to those using our services. Our volunteers come from a wide range of diverse backgrounds, contributing varied work and life experiences.
