Who we are

onebillion is a non-profit developer of comprehensive EdTech solutions for children learning to read and become numerate. Our onecourse software - a co-winner of the Global Learning XPRIZE - is used by over 300,000 children across ten countries in sub-Saharan and West Africa and has a large evidence base of efficacy. We also develop onetab, a low-cost, dedicated Android tablet customised for use in challenging learning contexts and locked to the onecourse software. 

We are a small but hugely ambitious team and we work with fantastic global partners to deliver onecourse to the children who need it most. Join us in our journey to getting every child numerate and reading with confidence in their own language.
