Who we are

Off The Record (OTR) is an independent charity based in the Havant Borough. We have been supporting young people and their families in Southeast Hampshire since 1977.

Our vision is to support young people’s mental health to fulfil their potential for a brighter future.

We do this through an excellent programme of quality services such as counselling, information and support, and group support for 11-25 year olds and their families.

We offer:
