Who we are

Now! Charity was established in Lewes, East Sussex in 1995. Throughout its history, a strong foundation as a non-profit social enterprise has driven its mission to build prosperous and sustainable futures for people and planet. The Charity is committed to maximising its social, economic and environmental impact and achieves this by increasing public accessibility to quality household essentials, re-use items and investment in local community projects.

Furniture Now! operates 3 retail stores across Lewes, Eastbourne and Hailsham, supplying a range of new and second-hand household furniture and appliances.

It also provides basic items for disadvantaged households on behalf of a number of partners, including East Sussex County Council, Sussex NHS Foundation Trust and Housing Associations.
