Music Support

Who we are

Music Support exists for our peers experiencing challenges through substance misuse, other forms of addiction and mental ill-health alongside providing support for their family and friends and the wider music industry. We offer a person-centred, safe space to connect and receive specialist help, confidentially and without judgement. 

Our work empowers our community to develop self-awareness and address harmful behaviours. Through raising awareness and educating the industry in mental health literacy, we strive to influence positive change. We challenge stigma to create a safe space for open dialogue about mental health struggles, providing tools and support for sustaining positive mental wellbeing.

At Music Support, we are an independent charity where our team members have firsthand experience or are closely connected to the issues we address within our community. Our peer-led approach, grounded in real-world experience, uniquely positions us to fulfil our mission: support for music people, by music people.
