Who we are

The Motivez mission is to provide easy access to careers for all young people through 1:1 coaching, career development programmes and meetups. Our aim is to democratise access to opportunity and ensure any student can build a great career no matter their background, who they know or what university they attended. It could be a job in finance, technology or entrepreneurship, Motivez is a community driven platform, here to help 16-25 year olds achieve their dreams.

Talented, underrepresented students and graduates have inadequate career advice and training to secure competitive jobs across industries all over the UK. We post about our opportunities regularly on this page and our Instagram (@Motivez_UK), so follow us to keep up to date. Our work has been featured in the Evening Standard, and the BBC, as a leading voice for young people.
