Who we are

Moat is a housing association employing over 380 people and providing affordable homes in thriving communities for people in the South East. For over forty years, Moat has delivered high quality general needs homes for affordable rent, retirement housing, and independent living, and has a strong affordable home ownership offer. Moat is one of the Homes and Communities Agency’s development partners.

Developing around 500 new homes every year, Moat is a not-for-profit organisation and all financial surpluses are reinvested to provide additional affordable homes and services.
