Who we are
I have worked as a mindfulness teacher for several years and run Mindful Surrey. We run mindfulness meditation training to help people reduce stress, anxiety and depression, sleep and relationship problems, and also to manage physical illness and pain. I am also qualified to teach teenagers and I teach mindfulness in schools, as well as with adults in online and in-person classes. It is very rewarding to be doing something that makes such a difference in people's lives, and in particular over the last 18 months when people have faced such challenges with the pandemic. We were delighted to receive funding and can now offer support for free to people on low incomes.
