At Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster, we work to positively impact the lives of those struggling with mental health. The work you do here will have a direct impact on people’s lives.

As a charity we are completely focused on helping those that we are here to serve and the communities in which we live and work. Our culture reflects this and everything works towards fulfilling our vision.

Over 50% of our staff, volunteers and trustees have their own lived experience of mental health problems helping them better understand the needs of those we’re here to support. Their experiences bring our work to life and make our services and support stand-out.

We’re open & real: Mental health problems happen to real people in real settings. They are part of everyday life. We keep it real and reach out to anyone who needs help. We always remember that sufferers are people, not their diagnosis.

We’re compassionate & informed: It’s hard if you feel that no one understands. We show that we do. We work in partnership with others to act. We’re always innovating to build on our work and improve outcomes for those we serve.

We’re personal & responsive: Mental health is rooted in personal experience. We know this and care passionately about our cause and everyone affected by it. We are respectful. We listen and we act.

We’re courageous & unstoppable: We talk openly and freely about issues and topics that are hard to discuss. We’re brave when we fight for support for people with mental health problems. We’re fearless when we champion change.
