Who we are

Mildmay has been engaged in healthcare since the 1860s, and in 1988 opened the first dedicated HIV and AIDS hospice in Europe. Since then, Mildmay has adapted to meet changing needs in the field, expanding its work to Africa and Eastern Europe. Our UK unit for people living with HIV, especially those with neuro-cognitive impairment, is currently the only one of its kind in Europe.
