Who we are

Our vision is to inspire and empower girls to feel comfortable to be themselves.  We focus on increasing the well being, self-confidence and sense of community amongst girls and young women.

We have consulted with girls and young women, asking them what issues cause them most worry, but more importantly what helps.  We develop all of our events with young people, to make the activities relevant, help youngsters feel empowered, improve their skills and to encourage participation.

Mighty Girls was established in 2016 as a voluntary community club. Over the years we have gone on to provide weekly clubs, holiday workshops and tailored events for young people in the Wiltshire and Bath area.  We now operate as a not for profit Community Interest Company, with an advisory board of girls and young women, who work to ensure everything we do supports and represents the needs our participants.
