Who we are

MARINElife is a science charity that conducts cetacean & seabird research and monitoring by gathering information of key marine species so they can be better protected.  We provide relevant, robust and up-to-date information to those working for the sustainable future of our oceans. We carry out research, educational and outreach work on whales, dolphins, seabirds and other marine animals in the oceans of North-west Europe. The work is done in partnership with a wide range of sponsoring bodies from ecotourism through to research institutes and shipping companies. Our goal is to help conserve marine animals and to raise awareness of the threats they face by engaging  the public and policymakers.
