Who we are

Mango is a dynamic, well established and growing UK registered charity which helps NGOs around the world make the most of their money. Mango provides training, consultancy, recruitment and thought-leadership on financial management for local and international NGOs. Over the last 13 years we have trained over 12,000 people from NGOs across the world to have the skills and confidence to make the most of their money. We have also recruited and placed professionals into over 600 NGO finance roles and provided over £1m of consultancy advice. Mango has become the key global hub for developing and sharing good practice in NGO financial management. Nearly half a million free downloads have been made of our online tools and Guide to Financial Management. We also run networks for NGO finance professionals to share their learning with their peers. Our networks and growing reputation have enabled us to lead on new developments within the sector like improving the accountability of NGOs and preventing fraud and corruption. Increasingly, association with Mango has come to mean an aspiration to achieving excellence in financial management for NGOs. This both inspires us and attracts people to access our services, networks and resources – and join our team. Our recruitment offer helps match finance people to NGO jobs - we are continually looking for the best finance talent to help NGOs do more with their money.
