Creating opportunities for people living in hostels
Our Mission
We are the social enterprise that empowers people experiencing homelessness to Pivot their lives through making and enterprise.
Our mission is to bring purpose, meaning and flexible employment to those who might otherwise not have access to it, and in doing so giving them the confidence and skills they need to take steps away from temporary accommodation.
What we do
We believe that by bringing purpose into hostels, we can engender self-worth and self-esteem in people living in empowering them to change their lives and break a vicious cycle. It is our ambition to re-frame hostels from dead-end situations to places of momentum, creativity and opportunity which create positive outcomes for residents.
At the moment, we specialise in making handcrafted jewellery - all of which can be made at a desk with minimal tools and training.
As a social firm we fund our social impact by the sale of jewellery, courses and services. All our profit is reinvested back into the business to further our mission.
