Level Water

Who we are

At Level Water, we believe that every child should have a fair start in sport.

We provide swimming lessons for children with disabilities across the UK.  Without our help, most of these children will never learn to swim.  We are currently working at around 200 pools around the country, supporting teachers to deliver lessons to over 1000 children, and this is growing quickly.

In order to fundraise for this work, we host a series of open water swim events over the summer period. From the Bantham Swoosh and Dart10k river swims through to a series of Wild Swim Relay's across some of the most beautiful lakes in the UK - our swims are some of the most iconic in the Open Water swim calendar. 

At Level Water, we work more like a startup than a traditional charity.  We have a small team, we are creative and entrepreneurial, fast moving and work independently.  We have an entrepreneurial spirit, take a lot of small bets and tests and give each other a lot of space to try new things and succeed.
