Who we are

At Level Water, we believe that every child should have a fair start in sport.

We provide one-to-one swimming lessons for children with disabilities.  Without our help, most of these children willnever learn to swim.  We are currently working at 66 pools around the country, supporting 150 teachers to deliver 500 bespoke one-to-one swimming lessons every week.  We expect to double this in the next year.

At Level Water, we work more like a startup than a traditional charity.  We have a team of three, we are creative and entrepreneurial, fast moving and work independently.  We have an entrepreneurial spirit, take a lot of small bets and tests and give each other a lot of space to try new things and succeed.
