We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative volunteers passionate making a difference to disabled peoples’ lives.

Leonard Cheshire Disability supports thousands of disabled people both in the UK and in more than 50 other countries. We help people with physical impairments, learning difficulties and long-term health conditions, as well as their carers, friends and families.

The needs and aspirations of disabled people are at the heart of what we do. By providing services and helping everyone to understand disability and combat discrimination, we aim to remove the barriers that can stop people with disabilities from pursuing their goals and living their lives to the full.

We are one of the UK's largest voluntary sector providers of services for disabled people. Our wide range of services provide support, respite and care for people with disabilities and their carers.

About our local residents:

• Our Leonard Cheshire Disability Charity in the Dorchester and Weymouth area, has thirty-four supported living residents over nine individual  houses.

• Locally all our residents have learning disabilities
