Leecliffe Big Local

Who we are

Leecliffe Big Local is a resident-led charity funded by the National Lottery and Local Trust. We fund a variety of projects based on feedback from residents and what the community needs most. We do everything from supporting local foodbanks and schools to tackling loneliness & isolation and improving mental health. 

We're delighted to be starting a brand new volunteering programme to support our projects: the Big Local Champion programme! By being a Big Local Champion, you'll be able to get involved with our projects, helping to make them more impactful in the community.

There is something for everyone on our programme what ever you're passionate about. You could help out at our Chatter Tables group to tackle loneliness, support a vegetable growing project at a Borehamwood primary school, meet and greet people at WD6 Food Support and much more! Even if you're only able to give an hour, you could make a huge difference in the community.
