Lagan's Foundation

Who we are

Lagan's Foundation a national charity which provides care to children and young people aged 0-19 with complex health needs, specialising in heart defects OR feeding issues at home.

Our home support service provides a staff carer for a minimum of two hours to families who require extra support weekly.

Lagan's foundation provide 2 services :

Donated Care : The service is free at the point of access. Referrals are all directed though the website and must meet our criteria. 

Commissioned Care: Providing care services to children with helath or social care funding in the NW of England 

Founded in 2011, Lagan's Foundation deals with a gap in the care industry which helps families whose child may have a heart or feeding issue. With these conditions affecting around 1 in 100 children we have hundreds of thousands of families to help.
