About us
Who we are
Kingston Women’s Centre is a counselling charity run by women for women. We welcome women from all backgrounds of all ages from the local community. We aim to provide a safe confidential space where women can talk about anything in their life that may be uncomfortable, confusing or painful without fear of judgement. We provide counselling on a weekly basis for up to two years.
Our counselling helps in different ways to:
- Manage difficult feelings
- Find new ways of relating to themself and others
- Support women through life crises or life changes
