Who we are

Kingston Street Pastors is a local initiative of the internationally successful Street Pastors brand, deploying volunteers in our town centre in the night time to care, listen and help. We have been operating in Kingston since 2006 and are one of the largest and most established Street Pastors initiatives in the UK with over 40 active volunteers, two paid staff and strong partnerships within our town centre and local community. We are supported by a network of more than 30 local churches and are a key part of the local voluntary sector serving the night time economy and promoting safety and wellbeing. We deploy teams on Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm to 2am. We operate Kingston Safe Zone at Kingston Station which is a visible, designated place of safety aimed at preventing violence against women and girls in the night time economy.  We provide robust extended training to our volunteers and are committed to excellence as a local Street Pastors initiative.
