The Kaleidoscope Plus Group is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. We were established in 1973 and are one of the leading health and wellbeing charities in the Midlands. The Kaleidoscope Plus Group works across the Midlands to promote and support positive health and wellbeing. We are committed to making sure that the services and facilities we provide are of the highest possible quality and that they continue to develop to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
