About us

Who we are

The Fund

Founded in 1965, Iprovision is a benevolent fund that provides financial help, advice and support to members, past members and staff of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), who are in need due to ill health, disability, unemployment, age, or bereavement.

The Role

The part-time Support Worker is Iprovision's main link between the beneficiaries and the volunteer Trustees.  The work consists of dealing with applicants and beneficiaries, including managing the Iprovision "helpline", which requires sensitivity and skill in assessing need and how Iprovision may be able to help, possibly with other charitable or statutory organisations.

Apart from the Trustees meetings in London, the person appointed is expected to work from his/her home and to fit hours to the needs of the job.

Iprovision does not have a physical office, but does have a helpline and email as well as resources that can be found on it's webpages.
