Who we are

We see a child and young person with their whole life ahead of them.

Welcome to includem. We are a Scottish youth support charity that works with young people and families to help them transform their lives. We see a world where every child and young person is respected, valued, and has the opportunity to actively participate in all aspects of society.

What we do

Every young person has endless potential. With the right support, we can help them recognise this too.

We work closely with young people, families, and services across the community to support young people to make positive life choices and progress towards the type of future they want to live.

We work with social services, schools and criminal justice services to identify which young people could benefit from our support. We then engage with the young person and their family or carer to develop a package of support, tailored to their specific needs.

Foundations of support

Our support is truly unique to each individual. There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to helping children, young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.

However, our work is built on a solid foundation gudied by a set of principles that inform everything we do. This enables us to deliver a model of support that is ready and responsive for as long as it’s needed.
