Who we are

Impetus-PEF transforms the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by ensuring they get the support to succeed in education, in work, and in life.

We do this by finding the best charities in the country working with these young people; we invest in them, and help build them to have a bigger impact on more young lives. We make this happen by delivering a unique package of funding, management and pro bono support.

This, and our work to influence decision makers so that these young people have the right policy and resources devoted to them, help close the education and employment gaps between disadvantaged young people and their peers.

We currently work with over 20 charity partners and employ a staff of approximately 40 people.
