Who we are

Impact Hub Islington is an engine for social change. Powered by an inspiring shared workspace and a vibrant community, we offer a wide range of opportunities for learning, collaboration and growth. We achieve this through three key activities:

• Membership - our professional community of freelancers, entrepreneurs, social innovators, and change-makers have more than just an affordable home here. United in their belief that business doesn’t end with profit, it can have a deep social and environmental purpose, they provide support and challenge to each other's development.
• Programmes - we design and develop programmes to accelerate progress on the more specific changes we want to see, from high-intensity incubator programmes to more gradual and holistic employment programmes, all of which have co-design and inclusion principles at their heart. 
• Events - we build on what can be achieved in this relatively small space by bringing in external expertise and hosting meaningful conversations, be it over lunch or a drink, at a  conference or party, this is the place to host an event with purpose!

Within all of the above, Impact Hub Islington is locally rooted, globally connected. Our overall aim is to bring together the likely and unlikely allies and key players in responding to and solving the biggest social issues in our local context by drawing on knowledge and apply learning from our global Impact Hub network and their contexts.
