Who we are

The Home-Start Greenwich mission is to ensure that every parent has the support they need to give their children the best possible start in life. Our community network combines the lived experience of trained volunteers with professional expert support, alongside a clear-sighted focus on the provision of inclusive services that enable confident and positive parenting for some of the most vulnerable families in the community.

We are here for families when they need us most because childhood cannot wait, working together to build on the strengths and experience that everyone has, to ensure that parents and carers provide the safe, nurturing and stimulating home environment necessary to ensure that their children thrive. Delivering services in the Royal Borough of Greenwich since 1993, the organisation has a strong reputation for high quality support services and is a respected and well-regarded partner of a wide range of statutory and community organisations locally.
