We’re Home Group one of the UK’s biggest providers of high quality housing and care and support services.  We have a wealth of expertise and deliver a wide range of specialist and support services to people with complex health and social care needs.  We recognise the diverse needs communities have and provide a team of specialists and clinicians within our business, supporting the NHS’s commitment to improving health and wellbeing through innovative new models of care.

We are currently undergoing a significant period of growth and change that will enable us to build more homes, independence and aspirations – the vision that underpins our new five-year strategy. Our ambition to build 10,000 new homes, be market leaders in New Models of Care, and significantly increase our digital capability is in the hands of our brilliant people.
