With no promotion HUK has grown year on year. Our income has kept pace, but we have always ‘punched above our weight’. Growing from a one-woman, one-day, voluntary helpline into a five-day multidimensional support national charity has required a strategically reactive balancing of need vs. capacity. Recruitment of the right person – at this vital stage of our development – would enable us to be able to proactively implement the necessary improvements to ensure that the positive work we do not only continues but strengthens.
