Who we are

Carers Hub exists to relieve the stress to people suffering from disease, illness or disability and the people who look after them. Carers. We are passionate about caring for people. 

Operating out of our office in Brixton, Carers Hub supports carers from the age of 5 upwards and runs specialist groups and acitivities for Mental Health Carers, Adult Carers, Learning Disability Carers, Older Carers, Dementia Carers, Young and Young Adult Carers.
