Who we are

We support small and medium sized business to be a force for good. Through workshops, masterclasses and expert mentoring, we help SMEs take their first steps towards making responsible business a meaningful part of their work. Our training programmes help firms look at how their business can support their local community, reduce their environmental impact, get on their journey to net zero, build a more diverse workforce and look after their employees’ wellbeing – and we help them to put it all into a strategy that’ll help their business succeed!

The charity’s Co-Presidents are the Lord Mayor of the City of London and the Governor of the Bank of England.
