Who we are
The Heart-Based Living Initiative, a new organisation with a big vision, is recruiting a Managing Director to lead the organisation through an exciting period of growth as we scale our operations to infiltrate a wide variety for geographies & communities across the UK.
Our team have over 100 years of combined experience working in heart-based approaches and this Initiative is the continuation of other successful projects, within which many of the key team have been a part of. Together, we have trained hundreds of individuals, helping them transform their own lives and bring these practices to their work place. Our courses have had high international demand and have won academic recognition.
We’ve seen the transformative impact of our work in certain group demographics, but there’s so much more to do. We’re looking for someone who matches our ambition with the skills and experience to lead and grow our small team, so that we can reach thousands of people who have had not had the opportunity to practice these heart-based approaches in their lives.
We have taken the wellbeing practices that we’ve seen to change ours and others lives and aim to make these as accessible as possible to all individuals and communities seeking more balance, happiness and connection.
