Who we are

HEAR is the London network of equalities organisations. HEAR acts as a strong pan-equalities voice and source of knowledge and expertise on equality issues, and how these issues effect the voluntary and community sector and the individuals they work with. HEAR is committed to user-led  services, and all its work is based on the principle that people with direct experience of discrimination are in the best position to develop strategies to achieve equality.
