Who we are

Headroom offers a free, 1-2-1 counselling service for young people – whatever is troubling you, however big or small, we’re here to listen. Our service is confidential and anyone aged 11-25 who lives in Rushmoor, Hart or Farnham area can self-refer to our free service. Just pick up the phone or send us an e mail!

Headroom are the local experts in Anger Management Counselling, our counsellors have helped over a thousand young people over the last 16 years and offer free specialist 1-2-1 support to all young people aged 11 to 25 years old who may be struggling with angry feelings and are worried about their angry behaviour.

Headroom offers support and practical guidance to those parenting or caring for young people aged 11 – 25 years old. Our counsellors have been working with parents of young people for over 10 years and have been able to transform family lives with our unique approach.
