Who we are
At Haven House Children's Hospice we know that the care and service we provide to our children, young people and families is only as good as the people that work here. That is why we look for people who connect with our values and can live them every day.
At Haven House, we believe our colleagues should be kind, good listeners, be compassionate and patient and most importantly be an advocate of quality and excellence across our service regardless of their role. In return we offer a package that provides a number of benefits including access to a pension scheme with the employer matching contributions, free on site parking, cycle to work scheme and the flexiblity needed for a healthy work life balance.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young peole and expect all our staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
