Who we are
We provide free eye care, such as cataract operations, to the world's poorest in the Indian Subcontinent and Sub Saharan Africa by teaming up with Rotary International partners in the areas of need. Together we establish an eye hospital to serve the local community.
By incorporating Global Sight Solutions business plan each hospital becomes financially independent via the development of reliable income streams. This means that each hospital is not permanently reliant on third party funding. As an approved charity Global Sight Solutions can always obtain grants from within the Rotary International organisation, such that a cataract operation can be provided for a donation of just £5 in the UK!
