Who we are

Gamma Talent is a specialist search agency focussed entirely on supporting charitable organisations in the West Midlands meet their potential by hiring amazing people.

We're convinced that anyone who already works in the sector will agree, the job opportunities are endless and the feeling of accomplishment can not be matched. But what we think was missing (well that was until we started up!) was a vehicle that connects aspiring and change-seeking individuals to the opportunities being presented by the fantastic non-profits in the West Midlands.

We reckon we stand out from the crowd because there is no one with our knowledge of the sector who also shares our desire to develop and strengthen it. That's our USP.
