Who we are

Barking and Dagenham Youth Zone, named by young people as ‘Future’, is a charity offering a safe and fun place for young people to spend their leisure time, inspiring young people to live healthier, happier, more aspirational lives. Future gives young people somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to.

Future is open 52 weeks a year, during evenings and weekends when young people need us most. We have 20+ activities every session from boxing to beat boxing, cooking to climbing and nail art to fine art.
