Free Me

Who we are

Free Me is a London based chairty dedicated to supporting women recovering from eating disorders and addictions. The charity provides free peer to peer support, group therapy, access to a nutritionist and help finding employment at the end of the program. We are passionate about empowerment and focus on building self-esteem and confidence and help start and maintain healthy, abstinence based recovery. The main activity of the program is jewellery making, which is a both reduces anxiety and stimulates creativity. The jewellery is sold through our social enterprise, Sweet Cavanagh.
