About us
Who we are
We aim to strengthen the voice of HIV Service User representation in both service delivery and development locally, regionally and nationally.
Using the Internet and email services we aim to build a national network of like minded HIV Positive Patient and HIV Service Users representatives whilst promoting strength and individuality within its member organisations.
We provide support and guidance during and throughout the setting up of patient groups, providing a full range of Internet services including web sites, email addresses and private email lists to their members.
In order to strengthen the voice of people living with HIV, Forum Link has historically run series’ of capacity building, one-day workshops, covering topics ranging from Project Planning and Budgeting, to Public Speaking Skills, Assertiveness Training and HIV 101 (which includes HIV and Women’s Health) as well as training on Organisational Structures.
We provide these services for our members free of any charge although any donations are always welcome.
